TIMELINES
Lead Times
From order confirmation to completed installation. Based on current scheduling — we often turn around faster, sometimes in as few as 8 working days.
If you are arranging your own installation, allow slightly more time for transit and logistics depending on your location.
Lead times run from receipt of confirmed order and deposit. Complex or multi-floor configurations may require additional time — we will advise upfront.
PROCESS
How It Works
We confirm your order details, measurements, and material specifications. A deposit invoice is issued to begin fabrication.
Your staircase is precision-manufactured in our workshop. Each component is crafted to your exact specifications and inspected before dispatch.
Completed components are carefully packaged and dispatched. You will receive advance notice of the delivery window so the site can be prepared.
Our team arrives on-site to complete installation. The area should be clear and accessible. Installation typically takes 1–3 days depending on the design.
PRICING
Delivery Costs
A single flat delivery fee applies to all addresses in England, regardless of distance from our workshop. Delivery to Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland is quoted individually — see Delivery Areas above.
Delivery cost is separate from installation. International shipping is quoted on request — see Worldwide delivery above.
POLICY
Returns & Damaged Goods
All staircases and tread materials are manufactured to your unique specifications. As bespoke items, they cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
We encourage thorough review of all order details, drawings, and specifications before confirming your order. Our team is happy to go through everything with you at this stage — just get in touch.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please do not refuse delivery. Follow these steps:
- Photograph all damage clearly before unpacking further
- Note the damage on the delivery paperwork with the driver present
- Complete our damage report form within 48 hours of delivery
- Email the completed form and photos — we will arrange assessment and resolution promptly
Damage claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be accepted.
