Refund & Returns
We make bespoke staircases — so our returns policy reflects that. Standard materials can be returned; custom fabrication cannot.
Shop Materials
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on standard shop items — wood treads, handrails, and glass balustrade panels — in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original condition and packaging
- Free from cuts, modifications, or post-delivery damage
What Can't Be Returned
- Custom-cut or made-to-measure materials
- Installed or modified items
- Glass panels once protective packaging has been removed past the delivery inspection period
- Bespoke staircase components manufactured to your specifications
Bespoke & Custom Orders
All bespoke staircases and custom fabrication work are produced to your agreed specifications. These orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced and are not eligible for return or refund — except in the case of a manufacturing defect on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage on the day of delivery and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email within 3 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days and returned to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
For glass panels and large-format items, contact us before shipping. We will advise on appropriate packaging to prevent transit damage.
